driver was between 15 and 30 years of age. san jose police are investigating the third officer involved shooting. janine joins us live and you just spoke with police earlier this morning. >> reporter: this woman is going to be facing some serious charges and they are still trying to find out if she left the hospital because even though it was handled by police, it was handed to the sheriff's department and they will escort her to jail and it all took place in this light industrial area with some homes nearby. it all began at 4:30 yesterday where they spotted a stolen red core and made a -- red car and made a stop. she put the car in reverse and tried to run over the police
